This hotel is located close to the center and tram stop, making transportation very easy. The facilities were clean and the staff was cute. The breakfast served on the rooftop terrace had a great view of the city and offered a variety of salads, vegetables, eggs, and soup.
Nothing could have been better about this hotel.

Great service and friendly staff. the rooftop breakfast view was amazing! the hotel has lifts and can arrange transport. Plus, it's located in an atmospheric older part of town.

We had a great experience at this hotel near the center of Istanbul. It's located close to a tram stop and easy to get around. the staff was friendly, helpful, and provided good service. the rooms were clean with nice bathrooms. Our breakfasts were delicious with a beautiful view from the top floor restaurant. the hotel offers free wifi and a helpful owner that can organise transfers to the airport.
The outside view from this hotel located in the Beyazit area wasn't great, but the lobby was lovely and made up for it.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the view from the rooftop terrace, which offered a stunning panorama of the city. The breakfast was also noteworthy, as it offered a wide range of fresh, delicious options to choose from. the hotel's proximity to the city center and public transportation made it convenient to explore the area.
The room I stayed in had noticeable issues with moisture and mold, which detracted from my overall experience. The room could benefit from better ventilation and maintenance to address these concerns.

Comfortable and Excellent Lobby
The lobby area at Selenay Hotel & Spa is excellent. It's the perfect spot to wait for your transport or meet up with other members of your group. The hotel's friendly staff can even organize your transportation for you. The rooms, though not extravagant, are suitable for solo travelers and offer functional amenities. And the free wifi is a plus, even if it's not as fast as other hotels. But the real gem of this hotel is the restaurant on the top floor. The dining area boasts large windows that offer a amazing view of the surroundings, making breakfast a good experience. I highly recommend Selenay Hotel & Spa for a comfortable stay in Istanbul.
